Does Giggles Children's Boutique have a catalog?
Currently we do not have a catalog.

I'd like to be informed of product launches, promotions and upcoming events. What do I do?
For your convenience, a "Sign-up For Our Email Newsletter" link has been placed on our main Home page and at the top of this page.

Can I order by phone?
Currently, we do not accept orders by phone.  However, during checkout, you can choose to print your completed order form and fax it to us for processing.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Before completing the checkout process you can review your shopping bag items and add or delete items from your bag. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. If you'd like to cancel your order before shipping, you will need to send  an email that references your order number in the subject field to service@giggleschildrensboutique.com within an hour of your order submission.

I'd like to ship the items in my order to multiple addresses.
If you would like to ship to more than one "ship to" address, please email us at service@giggleschildrensboutique.com 
and reference your order number in the subject field. In the body of the email please include the addresses and items from the order the recipients will be receiving.

What is your shipping policy?
All orders $100 or more (sub-total) are shipped FREE standard ground delivery. Orders less than $100 will be charged a flat rate standard ground shipping fee of $5.95.

Standard Delivery*: Orders will be shipped to arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note: Email us to arrange for Express or Overnight shipping.  For Express and Overnight orders, backordered items will be sent Standard Delivery (not Express or Overnight). Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or accept international orders at this time.

*Pending credit card approval.

I live outside of the United States.  Can I place an order with Giggles Children's Boutique?
At this time, we only accept orders from the continental United States and Canada.

What is your return policy?
We pride ourselves in having outstanding products. Our goal is no return products; only return satisfied customers!  Yet, in the event that a product is faulty, you need an exchange, or you just do not like the product; we are here to assist you and will do our best to make returning your item a trouble-free process.  Customer service is extremely important to us and we stand by your requests. If you would like to return your product, please return it to us up to 10 days from the date of purchase; for exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges. For exchanges, or if we made a mistake with your order, we will waive the shipping fee. 

Please notify us of the reason of return via email prior to shipping. We will email you a RMA CODE (Return Merchandise Authorization Code) that you must include on the receipt. Please note that without the RMA CODE, we cannot process the refund or exchange.  To obtain a RMA CODE, email our Returns Department . You will receive the code via email within 2 business days.

We require items to be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.  Please understand that we do not refund purchases of sale items, seasonal items, special occasion items, personal spa items (shampoos, bubble baths, lotions, creams, etc.), or monogramed/personalized items. 

We cannot accept returns if:

  • There is no receipt for returned item(s).
  • The item has been damaged or soiled.
  • The item has been worn, laundered, or dry cleaned, or if the original tags have been discarded.
  • You have failed to obtain and include a RMA Code on your receipt.
  • The return is not properly packaged. Items returned in only a shipping box/package with no outer packaging will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Is my credit card information secure?
When your credit card information is being transmitted from your computer to our servers it is being secured through an SSL (Secured Sockets Layer). SSL technology is a transaction security standard that provides data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity. It is widely used and trusted by the e-commerce industry. To confirm that your credit card information is being transmitted via SSL look out for the "https:..." in your web address field.

Do I have to pay an online sales tax for my order?
Sales taxes will only be charged on orders placed and received within the state of California.

What is your credit card charge policy?
With the exception of personalized or custom orders, your credit card is charged when your items are shipped. For personalized or made-to-order items, your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order. If your order is comprised of a mix of items (i.e. customized and regular items), then your card will be charged the full amount when non-customized items are shipped.

Giggles Children's Boutique closes it's website for business, June thru September; and returns to bring smiles and giggles to our customers, just in time for back-to-school with blow-out Summer and Fall clearances.

However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.
